Clínicas Públicas nos primórdios da psicanálise: uma introdução

O presente artigo realiza uma introdução à história das clínicas públicas, abertas e gratuitas no período entreguerras europeu. Primeiramente, hipotetizamos alguns dos motivos presentes no aumento do interesse por essa história. Depois, buscamos elencar questões relativas a posições políticas dos analistas do período, a financiamentos, às relações com o Estado e aos motivos pelos quais tais experiências pioneiras acabaram quando se inicia a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Por fim, buscamos interpretar os efeitos que tal história terá especialmente na psicanálise argentina e brasileira por meio dos movimentos migratórios, reiterando a importância do estudo deste momento decisivo da história da psicanálise.
