Recuperación y promoción de las ideas de Martín-Baró sobre psicología, cultura y transformación social

En este texto emprendemos un análisis textual de los escritos de Martín-Baró para mostrar su análisis del funcionamiento psicológico en relación a la cultura y la transformación social. Luego demostraremos que algunos de sus seguidores contemporáneos han tergiversado estas ideas al despolitizarlas, y proporcionaremos ejemplos de ello. Llegaremos a la conclusión de que el progreso de la psicología de la liberación exige recuperar las ideas de Martín-Baró sobre la psicología, la cultura, y la transformación social, y desarrollar su telos socioeconómico y político original y al mismo tiempo adaptarlo a las condiciones socio-políticas contemporáneas.Citas
